Service status & stability

A live, honest look at every SINTELL service — plus our real reliability commitments.

Summary: The SINTELL status page explains service availability, maintenance and order-state behavior. A platform may be online while one supplier or service category is delayed, so always check the affected product and order ID before assuming a site-wide outage.

How to read service status

Operational means normal requests are being accepted. Degraded means the service is available but may be slower or have a higher failure rate. Partial outage affects a category, provider or feature. Maintenance is planned work, and major outage means a broad function is unavailable.

Website status versus provider status

SINTELL combines its own account, wallet and support systems with external social platforms, SMS suppliers, hosting providers, registries and payment gateways. The dashboard can therefore remain available while one upstream service is delayed. Status information should identify the affected layer rather than presenting every issue as a full platform outage.

Understanding order states

  • Pending: accepted and waiting for processing.
  • Processing/In progress: submitted or actively delivering.
  • Completed: the provider reported final delivery.
  • Partial: only part was delivered and eligible settlement is applied.
  • Canceled/Failed: delivery did not proceed and the applicable amount returns to the wallet.

What to do during an incident

  1. Do not create duplicate orders for the same target.
  2. Keep the link, username and privacy settings unchanged.
  3. Record the order ID and current status.
  4. Wait for the published update or normal processing window.
  5. If the issue remains after that window, open one ticket with exact evidence.

Maintenance and notifications

Planned maintenance may temporarily limit ordering, payments or status synchronization. When advance notice is possible, SINTELL publishes the affected scope and expected window. Completion times are estimates because validation and synchronization may continue after technical work ends.

Payments and wallet safety

If a payment gateway callback is delayed, do not repeat payment immediately. Check wallet history and the gateway result first. Order failures and partial settlements follow the Refund Policy; support can investigate using the transaction or order reference.

Virtual numbers, VPS and domains

For virtual numbers, code delivery also depends on the target app sending an SMS. VPS incidents may affect a location or host rather than every server. Domain availability depends on registry and registrar responses. Keep independent VPS backups and do not wait until an expiry or incident to create one.

How SINTELL communicates recovery

An incident is resolved when the affected function is stable and queued operations are being processed normally. A status update may note monitoring after recovery. Order histories remain the authoritative source for individual delivery and wallet outcomes.

Getting useful support

Send one concise ticket with the affected feature, order or transaction ID, time, expected result and observed result. Never include passwords, two-factor codes or unrelated personal data. Account use remains subject to the Terms of Service.

FAQ

Is this status live?

Yes — it is read directly from the system on each visit (not cached).

What does “maintenance” mean?

A service is temporarily off for a short upgrade or maintenance and returns soon.

What if my order fails during an issue?

You are refunded automatically — fully on failure or proportionally on partial delivery.

What should I check before using Service status & stability?

Check the target, current price, minimum, maximum, delivery speed, refill and cancellation rules.

Do I need a password for Service status & stability?

No social-media password or two-factor code is needed; submit only the requested public link or identifier.

How quickly does delivery start?

Start time varies by service and is shown in the current description before purchase.

Should I start with a small order?

Yes. A controlled test confirms that the service and target are a suitable match before scaling.

Can I change the link while the order is active?

No. Keep the link, username and privacy settings unchanged until completion.

Is SINTELL the same as Telegram “seen” / post views?

No. SINTELL (sometimes written “Sin Tel”) is our brand and platform name — not the Telegram “seen” or post-view feature. SINTELL is an all-in-one Iranian infrastructure for VPS, virtual numbers, domains and a professional SMM panel with instant delivery and an official API. Telegram post views are simply one of dozens of services inside the panel.

Is the brand written “SINTELL” or “Sin Tel”?

Both point to the same platform. The official spelling is “SINTELL” and our domain is sintell.ir; “Sin Tel” is simply the same name written with a space. Open sintell.ir to sign in.
