1. Acceptance and eligibility

You must provide accurate account information and use the platform lawfully. If you do not agree with these terms, do not create an order.

2. Accounts and security

You are responsible for protecting account access and for activity performed through your account. Multiple accounts created to abuse bonuses, pricing or technical limits may be restricted.

3. Orders and delivery

Start time, speed, minimum, maximum, refill and cancellation conditions are shown per service. Keep links public and unchanged until completion. Do not place the same order with another seller while an order is active.

4. Wallet and payments

Orders are paid from the SINTELL wallet. Current prices are shown before purchase and may change with upstream supply. Failed and partial settlements follow the Refund Policy.

5. Third-party platforms

Many services depend on external platforms and suppliers. Their availability, policies and technical behavior can change. SINTELL will apply the displayed delivery and refund rules but cannot control every external policy change.

6. VPS, domains and customer data

VPS subscriptions begin at purchase and renew according to the stated cycle. Customers must maintain their own backups; deleted or expired servers may be unrecoverable. Domain customers are responsible for accurate registrant details and timely renewal.

7. Acceptable use

Fraud, unlawful activity, unauthorized access, harassment, malicious automation and use that violates applicable law or target-platform rules are prohibited.

8. Resellers and API users

Resellers are responsible for explaining service terms to their customers, pricing responsibly, handling first-line support and preventing abusive orders.

9. Suspension and changes

SINTELL may restrict accounts to investigate abuse, fraud or security incidents. Terms may be updated as services evolve; the current version is published on this URL.

10. Support

Use the ticket system with the relevant order ID for account or delivery questions. Also review the Privacy Policy and Refund Policy.
