1. Delivery-based refund principle
SINTELL provides digital services that may begin immediately. Refund eligibility therefore depends on delivery status and the specific rules displayed before purchase.
2. Automatic wallet returns
- Failed: the charged amount is returned to the wallet.
- Partial: the undelivered portion is returned where the service supports proportional settlement.
- Virtual number without a code: cancellation and refund follow the timer and supplier rules shown in the order.
3. Refill and replacement
Some SMM services include refill for a stated period. Refill compensates eligible drops during that period; it is not an unlimited lifetime guarantee. The service row is the authoritative source for eligibility and duration.
4. Non-refundable situations
- An incorrect or inaccessible link supplied by the customer after delivery begins.
- A completed service outside its stated refill conditions.
- A received one-time code or another consumed digital product.
- Problems caused by changing a username, link, privacy setting or target during delivery.
- Abuse or a breach of the Terms of Service.
5. VPS and domains
VPS resources and domains are allocated or registered with an upstream provider. After activation, refunds are limited to qualifying technical failure under the displayed product terms. Customers are responsible for their own VPS backups.
6. Refund destination
Automatic returns normally credit the SINTELL wallet and are immediately available for another purchase. Any exceptional payment-method reversal must be reviewed by support.
7. Requesting a review
Most failures settle automatically. If a status appears incorrect, open one ticket with the order ID, submitted link and a concise explanation. Avoid duplicate tickets or overlapping replacement orders while review is active.
8. Related policies
Refunds are governed together with the Terms of Service and the exact conditions shown for the purchased service.
