1. Information we collect
We may process account identifiers, contact details you provide, wallet transactions, order details, public destination links and limited security logs. Card details are processed by the payment gateway and are not stored as complete card records by SINTELL.
2. Why we use this information
- To create and protect your account.
- To submit, track and support orders.
- To maintain wallet and transaction records.
- To prevent fraud, abuse and technical incidents.
- To send essential service notifications and optional communications you can control.
3. Information we never need for ordinary SMM orders
We do not need your social-account password, recovery code or two-factor authentication code. A public link or identifier is sufficient for the services that request one. Treat any unrelated request for login credentials as suspicious.
4. Providers and data sharing
Only the minimum information required for delivery—such as a public link, service and quantity—may be shared with the selected upstream provider. We do not sell customer data for third-party advertising.
5. Cookies and local storage
Cookies or local storage may keep you signed in, remember interface preferences, protect forms and measure site reliability. You can manage them in your browser, although disabling essential storage may prevent account features from working.
6. Security and retention
We use access controls, HTTPS and operational safeguards. Records are retained only as long as required for service, dispute, fraud-prevention and legal purposes, then deleted or anonymized where appropriate.
When configured, Google Analytics measures page visits, ordering actions, completed signups and accepted order submissions. Custom order events contain the service type, an opaque reference and an amount in IRR, not passwords, SMS codes, phone numbers, email addresses or order target links. Google Analytics may use cookies; browser privacy controls can restrict it. Accepted-order measurements are not net revenue after cancellations and refunds.
7. Your choices
You may update account information, control optional notifications and contact support about access, correction or deletion requests, subject to transaction-retention and legal obligations.
8. Updates and contact
This policy may be updated when services or requirements change. The current version remains on this URL. Read it with the Terms of Service and Refund Policy.
