🍪 Summary: SINTELL sets two cookies of its own: one keeps you signed in for the session, and the other is set only if you tick "keep me signed in for 60 days". Google Analytics measures traffic and sets its own cookies. A few small values, such as dark mode, are kept in your browser's storage. We run no targeted advertising and no third-party ad tracking.
A cookie is a small file a website stores in your browser. Browser storage (localStorage and sessionStorage) is similar but is never sent to the server. Last updated: 9 October 2026.
1. Essential SINTELL cookies
| Name | Purpose | Duration |
|---|---|---|
PHPSESSID | Your session: signed-in state, chosen language, the security token on forms (CSRF protection) and one-time messages. Only the server can read it (HttpOnly) and it is sent only over HTTPS. | Until the browser closes |
sintell_remember | Set only if you tick "keep me signed in for 60 days". A random token whose hash is stored on the server; signing out revokes and deletes it. | 60 days |
Without these cookies you cannot sign in or place orders, so they cannot be switched off except by blocking cookies in your browser, which breaks sign-in.
2. Browser storage (never sent to the server)
| Name | Type | Purpose |
|---|---|---|
sintell_theme | localStorage | Remembers the dashboard's light or dark mode. |
sintAiAuto | sessionStorage | Records that the AI assistant window has already opened once this session, so it does not open again. |
sintell_order_… | sessionStorage | Stops one order being counted twice in analytics (only when analytics is on). |
3. Analytics: Google Analytics
Google Analytics 4 runs on the site and dashboard so we can see which pages and flows work. It sets the _ga and _ga_… cookies on our domain, which by Google's default last up to about two years, and processes your IP address and browser details to build statistics.
- Google Signals and ad personalisation are off.
- Page addresses are cleaned before sending: query parameters, order links, phone numbers, emails and search text are removed, leaving only the page name and any campaign (utm) label.
- Recorded events: page views, clicks on order and sign-up buttons, completed sign-ups, placed orders (service type, a one-way reference and the amount) and verified wallet top-ups (method, a one-way reference and the amount).
- To opt out, use Google's official Analytics opt-out add-on or block third-party and tracking cookies in your browser. The site works fully without them.
4. Third-party services on some pages
- Telegram login (home, sign-in and account pages): the widget loads from telegram.org, and if you use it Telegram may set its own cookies on Telegram's domain.
- Google sign-in: you are sent to Google only when you press its button, and Google's cookies apply there.
- eNamad trust seal: the seal image loads from enamad.ir, which sees your IP address and the referring page.
- Cloudflare: the site's DNS runs on Cloudflare, which may set its own technical cookie (such as
__cf_bm) for bot detection and security. - Payment gateways (Zarinpal, NOWPayments): during payment you are on the gateway's own site, and its cookies follow its own policy.
5. Managing cookies
- Your browser settings let you view, delete or block all cookies or only third-party ones.
- Signing out of the dashboard clears the session and the keep-me-signed-in cookie.
- Clearing site data in your browser also clears browser storage such as dark mode.
