Prices refresh hourly from the same catalogue as the panel (the cheapest available service in each row). The final amount appears in the panel after you choose a quantity.
Why a photo is not accepted for views
Instagram shows no view counter on photos or carousels, and view panels only deliver to videos and Reels. Sintell therefore checks the post type from the link before charging: if it is a photo, the view order is not placed and likes or saves are suggested instead. This is one of the most common customer questions — a photo link never shows views.

- Keep the account public until the order finishes; a private account stops it.
How long does it take?
Views start automatically after you order. Last month, half of completed Instagram view orders finished within 9 min, 79% within one hour and 95% within 24 hours. Each service lists its own start time and speed (for example "50K per day"). Follow the status and delivered count in Orders; if nothing has been delivered yet, you can cancel there and the amount returns to your wallet once the cancellation is confirmed.
Views, impressions and reach: the difference
Views are the public number under a video or Reel. Impressions and reach are private Insights figures only the account owner sees. Some services deliver views together with impressions/reach and say so in their name. If the goal is a visible number, plain views are enough and cheaper.
What not to expect
