⏱ Summary: of the SINTELL orders completed in the last 30 days, half finished in under an hour, 89% within 24 hours and 96% within 72 hours. Views and likes usually start within minutes; Instagram followers and Iranian services are slower. Order support opens 24 hours after an order is placed, and completion can take up to 72 hours.

Why we answer this question on its own

Most of our support tickets are one sentence: "my order isn't done yet". About a third tickets in the last 60 days were about exactly this, and most of those orders were only a few hours old and finished without any problem. So instead of promising "instant delivery", we publish the real numbers from our own orders.

Real delivery times by service

The table is built from real customer orders in the 30 days up to October 18, 2026 and is refreshed every month. "Median" means half of the orders finished faster than this and half slower.

Time is measured from the moment the order is placed to the last delivery. Services without enough orders in the period are left out because their numbers would not be reliable. Your own order also depends on the service you pick: every service shows its start time and speed in its specification table.

Why some orders take longer

1. Large quantities are delivered gradually

Most services have a daily speed limit so that growth looks natural. 5,000 followers on a service that delivers 2,000 a day takes at least three days, even if it starts in the first minute.

2. Instagram followers are slower by nature

Instagram limits fast following, so providers deliver more slowly. If Flag for Review is turned on for your account, some followers are never counted. Turn it off before ordering.

3. Iranian services are approved manually

Every Iranian order is first reviewed with the status "awaiting admin approval" after payment, and only then sent. Iranian panels also do part of the work by hand. That is why the median for this group is about 4 h.

4. A second order on the same link has to wait

If you already have an open order on a link, most panels refuse a second order on that link until the first one ends. The system sends the second order to another panel; for Iranian services it queues it and sends it automatically once the first one finishes. Either way it adds time, so don't place two orders on the same link at once.

5. A wrong link or a private account

A private account, a deleted post, or a post link instead of a profile link for followers stops the order. In that case SINTELL cancels the order, returns the undelivered amount to your wallet and messages you so you can fix the link.

Behind the scenes: when a provider doesn't deliver

Your order goes to one of several provider panels. If that panel cancels the order or leaves it half done, the system automatically finds an equivalent service on another panel and places the rest there at no extra cost. If an order makes no progress for 48 hours, it is cancelled on that panel and moved to another one. About 10% of Instagram follower orders in this period took that route; the customer only saw the order finish a little later.

What does my order status mean?

  • Queued: placed, not yet sent to a provider.
  • Awaiting admin approval: Iranian services only; sent after review.
  • In progress: the provider has started; the count may stay flat for a few hours and then rise.
  • Partial: only part was delivered, and the money for the undelivered part goes back to your wallet.
  • Completed: the provider reported the full quantity. If the count looks off, refresh the page; Instagram sometimes updates counts late.

When should I open a ticket?

Support for social media orders opens 24 hours after the order is placed. Before that the system won't accept a ticket, because most orders finish within that window. If nothing at all has been delivered after 24 hours, open a ticket and include:

  1. the order code (for example SMM-1234)
  2. the link you ordered for
  3. a screenshot of the current count

Checklist before ordering

  • The account or channel is public.
  • For followers and members give the profile or channel link; for likes and views give the link to that post. Reel views and photo-post views are separate services.
  • Don't change the username while the order is being delivered.
  • Turn off Instagram's Flag for Review.
  • Don't place two orders on the same link at the same time.
  • Read the service's specification table: start time, speed and the drop warning are all there.
