Drops and refill, without a "no-drop" promise

What can and can't be guaranteed, with data from our own orders.

♻️ Summary: a drop means part of the followers or members you bought disappears after delivery. No service can guarantee "no drops"; the real difference is whether the service has a refill (drop compensation) or not. In the last 30 days 62% of SINTELL's Instagram follower orders were bought without refill, and about a quarter of tickets were about drops. This article explains what to check before buying and how to request a refill the right way.

What is a drop and why does it happen?

After delivery, Instagram and Telegram remove or restrict accounts that behave unusually, and some accounts unfollow or leave on their own. The result is that the count goes down after a few days or weeks. The amount can't be predicted in advance: one order stays almost intact while another order from the same service loses a large part.

Be careful wherever you see a "100% no-drop" claim. What can be guaranteed is compensation for drops, not their absence.

Three kinds of service when it comes to drops

Every SINTELL service has a "Refill" row in its specification table. That is the one to read:

What the specification saysMeaningIf it drops
No (with a red warning)No compensation at allNothing can be done; the warning before payment says so
Yes, automatic (for example 30 days)The ♻️ Refill button works for the orderYou request it yourself from your orders
Drop compensation via supportThe service name promises compensation but has no automatic buttonOpen a ticket; compensation is done manually

For a no-refill service, the site and the bot show a red warning before payment, and the order isn't placed until you confirm it. The same screen offers a version with drop compensation.

Cheap or with refill? The real numbers

No-refill services are cheaper, which is why most purchases are of that kind. At SINTELL over the last 30 days (refreshed monthly):

ServiceShare of orders without refillWith refill, on average
Instagram followers62%about 3× the no-refill price
Telegram members19%about 2× the no-refill price

The ratio comes from the average of real purchases, not from the cheapest service; see live prices on the price list. The price gap on Instagram is large, so choose deliberately:

  • No refill for a test, a short campaign, or when the initial number matters and later drops don't.
  • With refill for a business account that should keep showing the same number for months.

SINTELL's refill rules

  • The drop must be more than 10%.
  • A refill request becomes available 72 hours after the order was placed.
  • Refills are processed once a week. After requesting, wait 72 hours and don't repeat the request; repeated requests void the service guarantee.
  • If you changed the account username, the guarantee is void and you need to switch back to the previous username.

Where do I request a refill?

  1. Website: dashboard → Orders → Details → ♻️ Refill. You can follow your requests under the Refill menu.
  2. Telegram bot: open your orders list, pick the order and tap ♻️, then confirm the conditions.
  3. AI assistant: write "I want a refill for order SMM-1234". The assistant checks the order and either files the request or tells you why it isn't possible.

For "drop compensation via support" services the automatic button doesn't work. Open a ticket with the order code, the link and a screenshot of the current count.

Why do refill requests get rejected? (real data)

Since refill requests started being logged on September 30, 2026, about 61% of requests were rejected. The reasons:

  • About 10% of rejections: the service had no refill at all. Check the specification before buying.
  • About a third: the previous refill for the same order hadn't finished yet. A repeated request doesn't help and puts the guarantee at risk.
  • The rest: the request was too early, or the provider had changed the service (which is compensated via support).

In other words, most rejections would not have happened with a look at the specification and a little patience.

How can I reduce drops?

  • Keep the account or channel public, and don't change the username during delivery or the refill period.
  • Turn off Instagram's Flag for Review before ordering.
  • Don't buy a very large amount at once; several smaller orders spread out look more natural.
  • If the number matters to you for months, buy a service with refill.

FAQ

Is there a service with no drops?

No. No provider can guarantee the absence of drops; what can be guaranteed is drop compensation (refill) for a set period.

When can I request a refill?

72 hours after placing the order, when the drop is more than 10%. Refills run once a week, and repeated requests void the guarantee.

Why doesn't the refill button work for my order?

Either the service has no refill, its compensation goes through support, or the previous refill hasn't finished. In the second case, open a ticket.

What happens if I change my account username?

The drop-compensation guarantee becomes void; switch back to the previous username to make a refill possible.
