🔢 Summary: when an order says "completed" but the count doesn't add up, in most cases the delivery did happen and something else changed the number: the starting count, Instagram's rounding, Flag for Review, photo-post views that only show in Insights, or drops after delivery. About 8% of tickets in the last 60 days were about this. Here are the eight common causes and how to check each one.
1. Compare with the starting count, not a round number
The provider adds the quantity on top of what the account or channel had when the order started. If you bought 1,000 followers and the account had 850 at that moment, the right number is 1,850. Organic follows and unfollows at the same time move it a little up or down. The starting count is in the order details.
2. Instagram rounds and updates late
Above 10,000 Instagram shows rounded numbers (such as 10.2K), and the app's count can lag by a few hours. Check the exact number in a browser or in Insights, and look again a few hours later.
3. Flag for Review is on
With Flag for Review turned on, Instagram silently removes part of the new followers, even after they were delivered. Turn it off before your next order; the site and the bot show a video guide next to every follower service.
4. Photo-post views only show in Insights
Instagram doesn't show a view count under photo or carousel posts. SINTELL's photo-post view services carry the label "👁 Insights only", so check the result in that post's Insights. For reels, buy reel views; the site and the bot don't accept a reel link for a photo service or the other way round.
5. Drops after delivery
"Completed" means the full quantity arrived, not that it can never go down. If the service has refill, request compensation 72 hours after ordering once the drop is above 10%. Details in Follower drops and refill.
6. A private account or a changed username
If the account goes private or the username changes mid-delivery, part of the delivery never reaches you. Keep the account public and don't change the username until delivery and the refill period are over.
7. The ordered reaction is disabled in the channel
Each Telegram channel decides which reactions are allowed. If the ordered emoji is disabled in your channel, the reaction can't be added. SINTELL checks this before placing the order, and if it turns out later, the order is cancelled and the amount refunded.
8. A false "completed" from a provider
Sometimes a panel reports a large order as completed within minutes even though nothing arrived. SINTELL watches for this: when a member, follower, like or comment order finishes much faster than the service's stated speed, it reads the real counter of the public Telegram channel or TikTok video itself. If less than 30% arrived, the order goes back to "in progress", you don't get a "completed" message, and support fixes it.
What should I do?
- Find the starting count in the order details and compare it with the exact current number.
- Wait a few hours and check again (especially on Instagram).
- Ask the AI assistant "how much of order SMM-1234 has arrived?"; it reports the live delivered and remaining amounts.
- If there is still a real gap after 24 hours, open a ticket with the order code, the link, the starting count and a screenshot of the current count.
