Comments not showing? Check these six things

Most cancellations come from the post settings, not the service.

Short answer: when custom comments don't appear or the order is cancelled quickly, the cause is almost always one of these: commenting on that post is restricted, the account is private, the post link is wrong, or the comment lines break the service rules. If the order isn't delivered, the undelivered part is refunded to your wallet automatically. Each cause and how to check it is below.

1. Commenting on the post is restricted (the most common, least visible cause)

Instagram lets the account owner choose who may comment: everyone, only people they follow, or only their followers. If it isn't set to everyone, the accounts posting the comments aren't allowed and the order is cancelled, even when the account is public and the post already has hundreds of comments.

How to check: in the Instagram app go to Settings, then Comments, and set "Allow comments from" to Everyone. Then place a new order.

2. Comments are turned off on that post

Each post can have commenting turned off separately. Open the three-dot menu on the post; if you see "Turn on commenting", comments are off.

3. The account is private or the post isn't reachable

Private accounts, archived or deleted posts and Close Friends posts can't be seen from outside. Open the link in a browser that isn't logged in to Instagram; if the post doesn't show, no service can comment on it.

4. The wrong link

  • A profile link instead of a post link: comments go to one specific post, so the link must look like https://instagram.com/p/… or https://instagram.com/reel/….
  • One order takes one link. For several reels, place separate orders.

5. The comment text breaks the service rules

  • One line is one comment. The order quantity equals the number of lines.
  • No links, mentions (@) or hashtags. Instagram treats them as spam and panels usually reject them.
  • No duplicate lines. Identical comments under one post are hidden or removed quickly.

6. The comments were posted but aren't visible

Instagram moves comments it considers spam or offensive into "Hidden comments", and the Hidden Words filter can hide specific words. Tap "View hidden comments" under the post; if the comments are there, delivery happened and a filter is hiding them.

What happens to my money if the order fails?

If the service cancels, the amount returns to your wallet automatically. When several different services cancel the same order in a row, the cause is usually one of the settings above, so resending elsewhere won't help; we close the order with a refund and the reason so you can fix the setting first. Today each comment starts from about 482 Toman.

A 30-second checklist before ordering

  1. "Allow comments from" is set to Everyone.
  2. Commenting is on for that post.
  3. The link opens in a logged-out browser.
  4. It is the post or reel link, not the profile.
  5. One comment per line, with no links, mentions, hashtags or duplicates.

FAQ

My account is public, why was the comment order cancelled?

A public account isn't enough. If "Allow comments from" isn't Everyone, or commenting is off on that post, no outside account can comment.

Is a cancelled order refunded?

Yes, the undelivered part is refunded to your wallet automatically.

Can I put a link or username in a comment?

No. Links, mentions and hashtags are treated as spam by Instagram and rejected by panels.

The comments were posted but I can't see them. Why?

Instagram probably moved them to Hidden comments, or the Hidden Words filter is on. Tap "View hidden comments" under the post.

Settings fixed? Place your order

One comment per line; the quantity is counted for you.
