Cancel and refund

What comes back, when, and where it goes.

↩️ Summary: a social media order can be cancelled only if the service has a cancel button and delivery hasn't finished. Before you confirm, you see how much will come back, and once the panel accepts, the undelivered share returns automatically to your wallet. Money does not go back to a bank account. About 11% of tickets in the last 60 days were about cancellations and refunds.

Which orders can be cancelled?

  • The service must support cancelling. The provider decides this; about half of services do. If a service can't be cancelled, no cancel button is shown.
  • Delivery must not be finished. A "completed" order can't be cancelled.
  • An Iranian order "awaiting admin approval" hasn't been sent to the panel yet and has no cancel button; ask for cancellation in a ticket. Before it is sent, the full amount comes back.

How do I cancel?

  1. Telegram bot: open your orders list, pick the order and tap cancel.
  2. Website: Orders → Details → Cancel.
  3. Before you confirm, the amount that will come back is shown: whatever has been delivered so far is deducted and the rest is returned.

What happens after I cancel?

The request goes to the provider panel and the system follows its answer. Once the panel accepts the cancellation, the undelivered share returns to your wallet automatically. Over the last three months about 81% of cancel requests ended with a full or partial refund, and about 19% were fully delivered before the cancel was accepted. In that case nothing comes back, because the order was done.

Half of the refunds arrived within 4 min. If the panel answers slowly it can take up to 53 min; don't press cancel again, the system keeps following it.

When the order itself can't be delivered

  • A broken link: a private account, a deleted post, a wrong link or a disabled reaction. The system cancels the order, returns the undelivered share and tells you why, so you can order again with the right link.
  • Cancelled by the provider: the system first looks for an equivalent service on another panel and places the rest there at no extra cost. If there is no equivalent, staff decide and the amount for the undelivered part is returned.
  • A partial order: when only part is delivered, the money for the rest returns to your wallet automatically.

Virtual numbers, servers and domains

  • Virtual numbers: if no code arrives, the number expires after about 20 minutes and the full amount is returned automatically. Manual cancel is possible after the first few minutes (a service limit).
  • VPS and domains: after activation or registration, refunds follow that provider's policy; a domain registration can't be reversed.

Where does the money go?

Every refund goes to your SINTELL wallet, and wallet balance is not paid back to a bank account or card. The formal text is in the refund policy. You can follow your wallet activity on the website or ask the assistant "was order SMM-1234 refunded?".

FAQ
